Shiromee has extensive experience in child development, Speech therapy, and program analysis.

She has worked with the company for a number of years and brings a unique dual skill set to Williams Consulting, dividing her time between her roles as an analyst, Child Development Specialist and working in speech therapy. In her clinical and developmental work, Shiromee supports children and families in enhancing communication, social-emotional skills, and overall developmental outcomes. In her analytical role, she contributes to data-driven program evaluation, research, and policy development, ensuring that services are evidence-based and responsive to community needs.
